Overview
The Whip-Kick Throttle Action Figure, released in 1994 or 1995 by Lewis Galoob Toys, Inc., is a collectible toy based on the character Throttle from the animated television series Biker Mice from Mars. It was part of the Sports Bro's sub-line but might not have been released at the same time as the other figures from this sub-line. It is rumoured it was released durring the 1994 FIFA World Cup or that it might have been a mail-away figure. It seems to have sold the most in Scandinavia although a French release is known to have existed. Whip-Kick Throttle is one of, if not the rarest Biker Mice From Mars action figures to collect.

Features
Whip-Kick Throttle features a detailed sculpt of Throttle in a soccer outfit. His shirt number is 8 but it's unknown why Galoob picked this number:
- Soccer ball / Capture net: The figure came with a soccerball that also could be used as a net.
Packaging
No information or pictures of a packaged version exist. Cards with information of the figure (usually found on the back of packaging) are known to exist in both English and French.
