As part of Bandai US Legacy line this figure got a re-release in 2013. The figure is nearly identical as the 1994 release. The main difference is that the head was moveable, the figure itself has a serial number on his back which the 1994 version did not have and the card came in a box. On the back of the card it states that the packaging is a reproduction.
