It was part of the Sports Bro's sub-line but might not have been released at the same time as the other figures from this sub-line. It is rumoured it was released durring the 1994 FIFA World Cup or that it might have been a mail-away figure. It seems to have sold the most in Scandinavia although a French release is known to have existed. Whip-Kick Throttle is one of, if not the rarest Biker Mice From Mars action figures to collect.
